Delete your
Mediteira account.

You can delete your account in the app or request deletion by email, even if you no longer have the app.

In the app

  1. Sign in to Mediteira.
  2. Open Settings → Account & privacy → Delete account.
  3. Read the confirmation, then choose Permanently delete account.

After a successful confirmation, your live account and linked records are deleted and you are signed out. Deletion is permanent.

Without the app

  1. Email support@eecorp.info with the subject Delete my Mediteira account.
  2. Send from the email address you use for Mediteira and confirm that you want the account and associated data permanently deleted. Do not send your password.
  3. We will verify account ownership before deletion and reply when completed. If you have lost access to that email, contact support for help verifying ownership.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will explain any extension permitted by law. Opening an email draft alone does not submit a request.

If you used Sign in with Apple

Delete your Mediteira account using either method above. Then remove Apple’s separate sign-in permission: on iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Mediteira → Delete, and follow the confirmation. See Apple’s instructions. This additional step does not delay or prevent deletion of your Mediteira data.

If you use Hide My Email, find the private relay address for Mediteira in these Apple settings and include it in a support request so we can locate your account. Never send your Apple password.

What is deleted

Your Mediteira sign-in account, account-linked favorites, saved narrator choices, and account-linked recording review reports and marks. In-app deletion also clears practice preferences and saved review marks on that device.

What may remain, and for how long

Shared meditations and other app content are not deleted. References to a deleted content editor are anonymized. Local caches on other devices are removed by signing out and clearing app data or uninstalling.

Live account records are removed on deletion. Database backups rotate within the current seven-day Supabase Pro retention. Security, email delivery and diagnostic records may remain for the providers’ limited retention periods; Firebase crash data is retained for 90 days before removal begins. Support correspondence is kept while needed to handle the request, and records required by law or an active dispute are kept for that purpose. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Deleting Mediteira does not delete your Google or Apple Account. Uninstalling Mediteira alone does not delete the Mediteira account.
