These terms apply to Mediteira and mediteira.com, operated by Yevhenii Riechkov (eecorp.info), Ukraine. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. If you cannot enter a binding agreement under local law, a parent or guardian must agree and supervise your use where required.

General wellbeing, not healthcare
Mediteira offers meditation, mindfulness and educational wellbeing content. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, psychotherapy or treatment and does not replace a qualified healthcare professional. No particular health or wellbeing outcome is promised.
Use practices only when it is safe to give them your attention. Do not use them while driving or operating machinery. You may stop or adapt a practice if uncomfortable. Seek qualified help for health concerns. Mediteira is not monitored for emergencies; contact local emergency services if immediate help is needed.
Your account
Provide accurate account details, protect your sign-in information and use only accounts you are entitled to access. Do not share passwords or recovery links. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Google sign-in and Sign in with Apple also depend on the respective provider’s terms and availability.
You may stop using Mediteira at any time. Account deletion is available in the app or through a verified email request. Uninstalling alone does not delete your account.
Permitted use and content
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the app and its content for your own non-commercial practice. Content and software are protected by intellectual property rights. Do not redistribute or commercially exploit recordings or other content without permission.
Do not misuse the service, bypass security, access someone else’s data, disrupt availability, or submit unlawful or harmful material. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, comply with law or protect users.
When you voluntarily submit feedback or a recording review, you permit us to use it to investigate issues and improve Mediteira. Avoid sending confidential medical information or material you do not have permission to share.
Availability and payments
The MVP is provided as an evolving service. Features, content and availability may change, and temporary outages or errors can occur. We may update or discontinue features with notice where required.
Mediteira Premium may be offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions through Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone and iPad. Both plans unlock the same Premium access. The price, currency, billing period and any eligible free trial are shown in the app and the store before you confirm a purchase. Trial eligibility and availability are determined by the offer shown to you.
Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase, or when an eligible free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. For App Store subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the current trial or subscription period ends to avoid the next charge; renewal may be charged within the 24 hours before the current period ends. Any unused part of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Manage or cancel Android subscriptions in Google Play. Manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone or iPad. Cancellation generally stops the next renewal while access continues for the current paid period, subject to the store’s terms and applicable law. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Mediteira account does not cancel a subscription. The store used for the purchase handles payment processing and refund requests under its policies and applicable consumer protections. RevenueCat validates purchases and manages subscription status. No purchase is made by reading this page; a subscription begins only after you confirm it in the store.
Responsibility and your rights
We will use reasonable care in providing the service. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, subject to any mandatory protections and rights to bring claims in your country of residence. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.
Privacy and updates
The Privacy Policy explains personal data handling. We may revise these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, and the latest version will be available here with its updated date.
